Advance Payment: A partial or full payment may be required before work begins.

Milestone Payment: For larger projects, payments may be divided into agreed milestones.

Final Payment: Any remaining balance must be paid before final files, website credentials, source files, or completed deliverables are released, where applicable.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's location and project.Customers should only make payments through payment details officially provided by PakDesignz. 

Payment instructions will be provided directly by PakDesignz after the project details and price have been confirmed.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Because many PakDesignz services involve customized digital work, refunds may depend on the stage and nature of the project.

• Cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a refund, subject to any agreed terms.
• Once significant work has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable.
• Completed digital services are generally not refundable after final approval/delivery.
• If PakDesignz is unable to complete a project for reasons within its control, an appropriate solution or refund may be discussed with the customer.

Any refund or cancellation arrangement will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the selected package or service agreement.

Revisions should remain within the original project requirements. Major changes or completely new concepts may be treated as a new request and may involve additional charges.
